PRIVACY

A straightforward privacy policy

This policy describes the data functions built into this site. It should be reviewed by the site operator when hosting and external services are configured.

Site operation

The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, and technical information in access logs for delivery and security. Accounts store your name, email address, optional private profile note, password hash, email-verification status, and account timestamps in a private database. Session cookies keep you signed in. Reset and verification links use short-lived tokens; the database stores their hashes. Passwords are never stored in plaintext. Account email is sent through the hosting provider’s mail system. Sign-in and recovery attempts are rate-limited using hashed identifiers. The site does not create advertising profiles. The guide-interest form stores the submitted email address, request time, and pending status in a private database. No newsletters are sent from this preview, and a request is not an activated mailing subscription. The laboratory calculator runs in your browser and its input is not sent to this server.

Microsoft Clarity

When the operator adds a Microsoft Clarity project ID or its tracking snippet, Clarity loads automatically on site visits without a site consent banner. It collects usage and behavioral information, which may include clicks, scrolling, session recordings, device and browser details, and identifiers or cookies under Microsoft’s policies. Before configuration, this project sends no Clarity events. Clarity is excluded from sign-in, registration, recovery and private account pages, so credentials and private profile data are not sent to it. Clarity may process data outside your state or country. See Microsoft’s privacy statement for details.

External services and sharing

Source links and social sharing links open third-party services when you choose them. Those services operate under their own privacy policies. The site’s photographs and styles are self-hosted; no third-party video player loads automatically.

Contact and data requests

The operator should configure a real contact address before public launch. Once configured, the Contact page displays it. This project does not invent a business identity, physical address, or jurisdiction-specific rights process. The final operator is responsible for any notices and privacy choices required for its actual practices.
