How the calculation works
Concentration = mass ÷ final volume. The volume containing a chosen mass = that mass ÷ concentration. One milligram equals 1,000 micrograms. On a U-100 scale, 100 marked units correspond to 1 mL
The calculator checks the selected syringe’s capacity. Its unit result applies only to U-100 markings and is a volume conversion, not an insulin dose or an injection instruction
